Handling Time

Every order is processed and packed within 1-2 business days before it ships. This is separate from, and in addition to, the transit time below. Orders are not packed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Transit Time

Once your order ships, transit time is typically 2-5 business days, depending on your location. This is the time the carrier takes to deliver after handoff, not counting handling time. In total, most orders arrive within 3-7 business days of being placed.

Carriers

We ship with USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Your tracking confirmation will tell you exactly which carrier is delivering your package.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 states of the United States. We do not ship outside the United States at this time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on all orders within the United States. There are no hidden fees: the total shown at checkout is final.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also check your order status any time by contacting us at contact@lookathere.shop.

Missing or Incomplete Orders

If your order arrives incomplete or an item is missing, contact us at contact@lookathere.shop within 48 hours of delivery and we'll resolve it with a replacement or refund.
